Wales The May Organic Farms are all high, harsh grazing or marginal land and bog. We breed tough, healthy, well made, well bred stock with excellent temperaments from foundations of Leachy, Torloisk, Glenquoich, Earn and Millerston, Chanaidh bloodlines.
We have our own specialist butcher and produce top quality, exclusive organic Highland Beef to a largely local market. Conservation and organic principles are what drive our farming philosophy. The Home farm, Gilfachwen, offers practical on-farm training courses on conservation and the farmed countryside; and we are collaborating in research on conservation grazing and habitat management.
We are in one of the loveliest locations in Wales, which is saying something, because it’s a beautiful country. A visit is highly recommended.
