Matt Heath and Michelle Clark of Uplands Highland Cattle situated in Mount Macedon, Victoria. We have about anywhere from 10 to 40 animals or more through the year and our purpose for the highland’s is to fatten steers and sell the meat, which does good. Also we attend a few country and National shows and have done ok through the years, well only been showing for about 4 years or so, but we love the shows and catching up with everyone but most of all we love our Highlands.
